Thomas has played a key role in virtually every major hardware product Block has shipped, starting from the early Square readers. He founded the mining initiative Proto and the Bitkey self-custody wallet. Prior to Block, Thomas worked on the iPhone engineering team at Apple and held roles at leading semiconductor companies.
